Volunteer reporter Malik Jones sat down with JALC women’s basketball coach Charlie Jones for Episode 2 of The Jam podcast.
When asked about building a positive team culture, Jones explained, “Everyone loves being around each other. It’s more of a family, and that’s what I want our culture to be,” he said. “Even through our ups and downs, we still want to feel like a family … once you become a Volunteer, you are family for life.”
